Ingredients:  
4 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
2 chopped cucumbers
1 minced onion
chopped parsley
1 large can tomato juice
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp wine vinegar
salt and pepper
dash of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables. Combine all with tomato juice, olive oil, vinegar and seasonings. Chill well.
Place an ice cube into each bowl or cup. Will keep for a week in the refrigerator. Serve with crisp croutons on the top.
