- 4 pound Spare ribs
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 onions large, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup butter
- cayenne
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut ribs. Boil in salt water for 20 min.
Make sauce. Fry onions and garlic in butter. Add ketchup, salt, mustard molasses, cayenne and worshister sauce, then add vinegar and brown sugar.
Take ribs and put in shallow casserole dish. Pour Sauce over ribs. Stir.
Cover and bake in a 300-350 F for 1 hour. Turning ribs 1/2 way through
