3 Potatoes
2. cans chicken broth
2. cans cream of chicken soup
1. Small onion
1. Lb. Velveeta cheese
1 bag frozen California blend vegetables
1. Can water (the cooked potato water)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onions until tender, drain, reserving 1 cup of water. To the potatoes and onions, add water, broth,soup, and cooked vegetables. Cube Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Serve
