rice
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
cheese
pineapple
chow mein noodles
several fresh fruits & veggies (apples, bananas, celery, cucumber, cabbage, peas, carrots, tomatoes)
fill in with canned when you don't have fresh (mandarin oranges, olives, corn, etc.)
toppings (crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, peanuts, etc.)

Cook rice. Warm sour cream and cream of chicken soup in a small sauce pan. Cut fruits and veggies into small pieces.

To serve: Get large serving of rice. Top with soup/sour cream mixture. Put on cheese then all the fruits and veggies. Top with chow mein noodles and any other toppings.
