8 c. cucumbers, sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1 T. pickling salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Place the cucumbers, onions, peppers, and salt in a crock and let stand over night. Drain.

In a pot, heat together the vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and mustard seed. Heat until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool and then add the drained vegetables.

Let the mixture stand on the counter for 1 day stirring occasionally. Put in the refrigerator. Will last 3 months.
