5 c. cucumbers, ground
3 c. onions, ground
2 hot red peppers, ground
3 c. celery, ground
2 sweet bell peppers, ground
3/4 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 T. mustard seed
2 T. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all vegetables in a food grinder or food processor. Add the salt and 1 1/2 quarts of water. Let stand overnight. Drain and rinse.

Heat together the vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, and celery seed. Bring to a boil and add the drained vegetables. Heat through.

Fill clean hot canning jars leaving 1/2 inch head space. Wipe the rims and cover with hot lids and rings.

Process in hot water bath 30 minutes.
