1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 small onion
1 small greed pepper, diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
French fried onion rings
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper. Drain. Add can whole kernel corn, drained. Mix well. Set aside. Mix 1 box cornbread mix according to directions. Add 1/2 can French fried onion rings. Spread cornbread mixture around edge of a 10x10" baking dishy. Put meat mixture in center of baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread Shredded cheddar cheese and remaining onion rings on top and continue baking until cheese melts.
