5 lbs. ground meat
5 tsp. Quick salt
3-5 tsp. Lite salt
1-1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
2 tsp. Accent (MSG)
2 oz liquid smoke
2 oz. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all spices together then add to the meat. Mix well.

Using a jerky press, squeeze meat out into jerky sticks. Brush with a mix of liquid smoke and water.

Dehydrate for 5-7 hours in a dehydrator. If using an oven, set the temperature to 150 º.
