2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-3 cups (uncooked) rice
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped (or two small cans of chicken)
1 soup can of milk
heaping tablespoon of sour cream
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice. (I like to use a rice cooker and soak the rice a good 20 minutes or so before cooking). Spread into 9x13 casserole pan.
2. Combine soups, milk, sour cream, and cooked chicken. Pour over rice.
3. Top with shredded cheese.
4. Cover with foil; bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
