Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 carton of whipping cream 1/3 cup of grated parmesan Freshly diced parsley or dried flakes ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp Red Pepper flakes (I double the sauce recipe if I am feeding very many) ½ tsp paprika ½ lb bacon fried and crumbled (sometimes I add, sometimes I just make the sauce without it) ½ lb of pasta (fettuccine, angel hair, your preference) Optional: 1 small onion chopped 3 mushroom slices Or other vegetables if wanted

Directions:	Directions: Beat the eggs, cream parmesan, parsley, salt, red pepper flakes, paprika together in a bowl. I just use a fork to mix it well. Cook pasta till done. If using onions and mushrooms, sauté in some olive oil until soft. Drain pasta, but leave a little bit of water with the pasta. On LOW, pour the cream mixture over the pasta, add onions and mushrooms if wanted. Add bacon crumbles and stir together. Mix well for 1 to 2 minutes on low and take off burner. If you leave on burner too long, the eggs will scramble!
