2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 c mayonnaise
1 c shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeņos

Mix all together in and let warm in a crock pot and serve with chips.
