6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
6 eggs
1 large onion, chopped
1½ cups mayonnaise
1 T. milk
1 T. sugar
¾ tsp. dry mustard
1 T. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
⅛ tsp. yellow food coloring

Directions:
In large saucepan boil potatoes and eggs, in water until potatoes are fork tender. Drain, let cool. Peel potatoes and eggs. Dice and put into large mixing bowl. In small bowl mix together rest of ingredients. Add to potatoes and eggs and mix thoroughly. Makes 8 servings.

Dad wasn't much of a cook until in his late 60's. He collaborated with Grandma Naber and Aunt Donna Durbin to come up with this recipe. He did not like dill. It's my favorite potato salad, simple and tasty.

6 med Potatoes
6 eggs & Potatoes Boiled Together Potatoes With skins on.
1 MED size onion more if want
Peel Eggs Potatoes & Onions Together
Sprinkle 1 Tspoon SUGAR over ALL
Mix a little Milk with Mayo
Little Yellow Food Coloring
¾ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
Mix all ToGather & Stir in Salt & Pepper to Likeing
