1/2 lb. Bacon
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
12 Eggs
1 c. Milk
1 pkg. Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Dill Weed

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove, drain on paper towel and crumble. Saute onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. Remove, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and milk. Stir in hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, dill, onion, green pepper and bacon. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-45 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
