1 can 12 oz. Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Butter
4 Egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/3 c. Coconut
1 1/2 c. Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, mix milk, sugar, butter, egg yolks, and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or until thickened and golden brown. Remove from heat.
Stir in coconut and pecans. Beat with mixing spoon until cool and of spreading consistency.
