Half Recipe:

1½ c. Raw Peanuts
½ c. Sugar
¼ c. Water






Full Recipe:

3c. Raw Peanuts
1 c. Sugar
½ c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a cast iron skillet, mix the peanuts, sugar and water with a Teflon pancake turner.
Cook over high heat stirring constantly and quickly. As the mixture boils a coating will start to form on the peanuts. When most of the moisture is gone, remove from heat but continue stirring. When coating is dry place peanuts into a 9x13 glass pan.
Bake at 300º for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
