1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
1 lb scallops
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. Tabasco

Preheat the oven to 375º. In a covered pot, steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes. Drain and set into a large 9 X13 baking dish. Add the shrimp and scallops to the dish.

In a small saucepan, heat butter and oil until melted. Add the remaining spices to the butter and heat through. Pour the butter & spice mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.

Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Toss and then cook 10 additional minutes. Serve over Basmati rice.

This is one of Edith Ahlers' favorite seafood feast meals the week before Christmas. She often will omit the scallops and increase the shrimp to 2-3 lbs.
