1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (canned works best)
1/4 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon fried chicken seasoning mix
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
potatoes (unpeeled)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients well and put in a large zip-lock or shaker bag. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Place in the shaker bag and turn to coat well. Place potatoes in a single layer in a sprayed baking dish. Melt 1 stick of butter/margarine and drizzle over potatoes. Bake at 400º for 35 minutes.
