2 yellow squash, sliced
2 zucchini, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 large jar or can of sliced mushrooms
4-6 red potatoes, pared and cut into bite size
salt and pepper, to taste
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large stock pot; add just enough water to cover the veggies. Cover and cook over open fire at campsite, or cook over low-medium heat on a cookstove, until veggies are tender. Ummmmm, good!
