Sm. can green diced chilies
Sm. can sliced black olives
1 can fiesta cheese or nacho cheese soup (1 can of enchilada sauce will also work)
1 jar chunky salsa
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
2C. shredded or chopped meat of your choice
Sm. flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the meat with the drained green chilies and add 1/2 cup of salsa to this mixture. Put about 2tbsp. of mixture in center of each tortilla and roll up. Put tortillas in 9x13 inch pan and cover with the soup to which 1/2 cup of milk has been added. Spread the tortillas with the olives. Add sour cream over the center of the pan and spread out. Add the shredded cheddar on top and cover the pan with foil. Bake at 400º for about 40 minutes. Let set for about 5-10 minutes before cutting.
