2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 T. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
6 oz. pkg. raspberry Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
2 10-oz pkg. frozen raspberries with juice
1 pint whipping cream
1 c. powdered sugar
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened with a little milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and powdered sugar. Press about 2/3 of mixture into the bottom of a 9x12" cake pan. Mix boiling water with Jello, sugar, lemon juice and raspberries. Let set partly. Whip cream and powdered sugar and fold in softened cram cheese. Put a layer of cream mixture over crumb layer and then a layer of partly set Jello mixture. Continue alternating cream and Jello. Top with remaining crumbs and nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares to serve. Delicious!

Grandma: I've made this a lot of times, but I usually used frozen strawberries instead of raspberries because they are cheaper.
