Personal Notes:
Jean came to Kincardine when her husband, Rev. Lawrence Bone was a student minister in 1953-54.
They returned the next year after he was ordained and lived in the manse in Kincardine for about 3 years. Jean spent her time in the wilds of the Scotch Colony cooking. They had 4 children - one died in infancy and one was adopted. They lived and ministered in many communities, ending up in Halifax. Jean was a real partner in their ministry everywhere they went. She passed away in Halifax in the late 1990’s.
