1 cup brown sugar
½ cup Crisco
1 egg
2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
½ cup crushed pineapple
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Make teaspoon sized drop of batter on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 until light brown – about 6-8 minutes.
