1/2 c. butter (I use only 1/3 c.)
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 T. cream
1 c. pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 egg whites
24 graham crackers (rolled)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar; cook well-beaten egg yolks + cream over hot water until thick, add to 1st mixture; add pineapple juice, then pineapple. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Line a dish with waxed paper. Put in a layer of crumbs; then of mixture until all is used. Set in ice box 24 hours. Serve with whipped cream. (Bananas, nuts, apple sauce + lemon juice are all good, I have found.)
