4 T. butter 1 c. raw rice 3 T. water 1 can mushroom soup 1 can celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1 chicken, quartered 1 env. onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13-inch baking pan. Spread rice over butter. Sprinkle with water. Mix 2 cans soup with milk. Pour over rice. Lay chicken in soup and press down. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover tightly and bake at 375º for 2 1/2 hours.
