20 large shrimp
1 oz. canola oil
1 1/2 chopped green onions
2 oz. dry white wine
1 t. chopped garlic
4 T. worchestershire sauce
1 t. tabasco
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. paprika
2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Add oil and cook shrimp until done. Remove shrimp and set aside. In skillet- add green onions and cook for 1 minute- add wine and let simmer until it is reduced by half. Add garlic, worcestershire, tabasco, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Stir well and cook for one minute. Reduce heat to low. Cut butter into small chunks and slowly add to pan until melted. Add shrimp back to pan. Toss to cover with butter and seasonings.
