3 bags baby lima beans
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 cup light brown sugar
1 – 2 packages Eckrich beef sausage links sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Boil lima beans until tender but don’t allow to get mushy. Drain off liquid but leave beans in pan. Add sour cream and brown sugar. Add the sausage slices in with the beans. Transfer all to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Surprisingly delicious!
