1 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet 10-inch flour tortillas
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce (Old El Paso)
1 bag Mexican shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and add taco seasoning according to packet directions. while beef is browning, in a large bowl, add tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of water and the canned enchilada sauce; mix well. Place some on the bottom of baking pan. Spread refried beans on tortillas. Add beef mixture. Roll beef enchiladas and place in pan. Put remaining sauce on top and cover with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, covered with foil.
