1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms
1 1/3 C. Vinegar
½ C. Oil
½ C. Sugar
1 t. Salt
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Wash fresh mushrooms and cut off stems. Combine rest on ingredients to make marinade. Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes. Cool. Cover mushrooms with marinade and leave at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
press each piece into bottom and sides of tin. Divide shrimp evenly among pastry sheets. Beat together egg, cream, etc. Put 2 t. in each shell; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake uncovered until edges are brown and centers set. Bake at 375o for 15-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

May be frozen when completely cool. To reheat, place on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes till heated through
