6 to 8C. Great Northern beans (from bean soup)
2C. brown sugar
1C. Heinz ketchup
2tbsp. minced onion
1tbsp. prepared mustard
Bacon or shredded ham hock
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients; place in baking dish. Bake 1 hour, covered and then 1/2 hour, uncovered. Allow to stand at room temperature 15 minutes prior to serving. If beans are drying out during baking, cover with lid or foil. also bean broth can be added for moisture.
