1 ½ C. Sour Cream
1 C. Onions, diced
1 C. Water Chestnuts, diced
1 pkg. Frozen chopped spinach
1 box Knorr’s Swiss Vegetable Soup mix

Cook, drain, cool spinach. Mix all ingredients together. (Make 1 day ahead and refrigerate.) Serve on cubes of Kin’s Hawaiian Bread
