1 can mushroom soup
Fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure you either buy lean pork chops or remove all the fat before cooking. Brown pork chops in a frying pan for a few minutes until there is some brown in the bottom of the pan. Put pork chops in an oven proof pan. Put mushroom soup and about ¼ of a can of milk into the frypan – at this point you can add some garlic or pepper or other seasonings. Whisk until smooth and all the brown bits from the bottom of the pan are mixed in with the soup. Add a few fresh mushrooms, then put sauce over the pork chops, cover and bake at 350F for about 20-25 minutes.
