Pork short ribs or riblets

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
¼ cup vinegar
1 cup cold water
2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs in a big pot of water for 45 minutes to an hour, scimming off the stuff that boils to the top. Drain ribs and put in a roaster.

Sauce: Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for a few minutes until sauce thickens and changes colors.

Pour the sauce over ribs – bake in oven at 350F for about 45 minutes – stir after 20 minutes to make sure ribs are coated.

If you have lots of ribs you can make a double batch or a batch and a half of sauce.
