3 lbs. pork spare ribs
1 1/4 cups strong coffee
1/4 cup ketchup
2/3 cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
4 tsp worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork spareribs in a big pot, cover with water and cook for about 1 hour at a slow boil.

Mix together the marinade and add ribs. Let sit overnight or for a few hours.

Put on low heat barbeque. Turn continuously and brush with marinade.
