1 (14-16 oz) fat free smoked sausage
3 (8oz) pkgs. fat-free cream cheese softened
4 green onions- finely chopped
1/2 C. fat free mayo (DO NOT USE MIRACLE WHIP!!!)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 (1oz) pkg Ranch Dip Mix (found in salad dressing aisle)

Directions:

Grind smoked sausage in food processor or grinder until fine. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with crackers.

*I usually make it without fat free ingredients. Both ways are delicious! I have also used ground up ham instead of smoked sausage.
