2 cups broth or hot water
1 cup raw rice
2 cups chopped chicken or turkey
1 med onion, chopped
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
1 to 2 cups broccoli, fresh or frozen
2 cans cream condensed soup (chicken, celery or mushroom)
2 cups grated cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley (1/4 cup fresh)
1 ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package instructions using broth or water. Set aside 1 cup grated cheese. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooked rice. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan, cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Can be refrigerated or frozen before baking. If cold, increase baking time as needed.
