3 ½ - 4C. Chicken, chopped
4 oz. Jar of sliced or chopped mushrooms
3/4 C. Celery, chopped
1/4 C. Slivered almonds
1 T. Minced Onion
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
2 Eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Ritz Crackers
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the mayonnaise with the soup, then with the other ingredients. Put in a greased 2 qt. Baking dish. Bake at 425o for 20-25 minutes.

Take 1½ rolls of Ritz crackers and crush them. Mix with one stick of melted margarine. Put on top and bake at 425o for about 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.

There are 37 crackers in one roll.
