1 box Jumbo Shells
2 C. Mozzarella Cheese
2 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
24 oz. Cottage Cheese, small curd
2 Eggs
1 T. Parsley
3/4 t. Oregano
½ t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1/8 t. Garlic Powder (optional)
32 oz. Jar Spaghetti Sauce
* Extra Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the shells according to the package directions, drain and cool
2. Combine cheeses.
3. Add the cottage cheese and stir.
4. Using the cottage cheese container as a bowl, beat the two eggs and add the spices to this mixture and beat together. Mix into the cheese mixture.
5. Spread a thin layer of the spaghetti sauce onto the bottom of a 9x13" baking pan.
6. Using a fork, fill the shells with cheese mixture. Place filled shells in a single layer on the spaghetti sauce. When the pan is filled, put an extra spoonful of spaghetti sauce on top of each shell.
7. Cover with extra cheese, if desired
8. Cover with foil and bake at 350o for 35-40 minutes until bubbling and cheese filling is cooked.
