3 c. mashed pumpkin (1 large can)
1/4 c. water
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 300º.

In a mixer bowl, blend together the sugar and oil. Whip in the eggs. Add the pumpkin and water and blend until fluffy.

In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients except the walnuts. Slowing blend the dry mixture into the pumpkin. Add the nuts and mix thoroughly.

Pour the batter into 4 small greased loaf pans.

Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
