1 lb ground pork
1 lb chopped shrip (opt.)
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts or carrots
1/4 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
3 egg yolks
soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
steam until meat is cooked with other ingredients. Wrap in egg roll wrappers into very small rolls and fry in deep fat. serve with sweet and sour sauce. To make sauce mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt to produce the sweet and sour taste. Pour into pan, then add about 1 tablespoon ketchup or tomato sauce. When boiling thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch, dissolved in water. Add 1 small sliced hot pepper and a little chopped garlic.

To seal the egg roll wrappers rub a little egg yolk on the edge to help the wrapper stay sealed.
