1 (16 oz) can asparagus
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 (16 oz) sour cream
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 loaf sandwich bread (26 to 36 slices)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix room temperature cream cheese with almost all the sour cream. Use enough sour cram to achieve a spreading consistency. Carefully add curry powder a little at a time. Cut cruse off bread; roll each slice of bread flat with rolling pin. Spread mixture on flattened bread. Put 1 to 3 asparagus sprigs in center of bread and roll up. Place on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes. Can be made one day in advance and stored in refrigerator unbaked.
