1/2 c cooking oil
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 seasoning packet (chicken flavored Ramon noodles)
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar or Splenda
2 pkgs cole slaw mix
4 green onions finely sliced
1 pkg Ramon noodles crushed
1 pkg slivered almonds (toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, salt, pepper, flavoring packet, vinegar and sugar in air tight container and shake well. Make dressing up the night before and store in the fridge. In lg bowel add shredded slaw mixture, green onions. Cover and store in fridge until ready to serve. Toast slivered almonds on a cookie sheet at 350 begrees for approx 10 min. Watch closely and do not let them burn. Allow almonds to cool. Just before serving add toasted almonds and crushed ramon noodles to slaw mixture. Shake dressing and pour over slaw and stir until well coated. Serve immediately. This is great with seafood dishes.
