Pour flour and seasonings into a freezer bag. Whisk eggs and mustard in a bowl. Clean chicken put in egg mixture one at a time then place in flour mixture and shake until chicken is covered with flour mixture. After chicken is breaded put in hot oil to fry. I don't measure my flour or seasoning i pour until i think is good. but i would say about 2cups of flour and 2 tbsp of seasoning salt, a tbsp of lemon pepper, and a tbsp of garlic powder.
