½ C. Chopped Onion
2 T. Parsley
½ C. Margarine
1 ½ t. Salt
1/4 C. Flour
1/4 t. Pepper
6 oz. Mushrooms
½ C. Almonds, slivered
2 C. Chicken Broth + Mushroom Juice
1 ½ C. Half and Half
3 C. Turkey
2 oz. Pimento, chopped
1 C. Uncooked wild and regular rice

Directions:
Saute onions, don’t brown. Add flour, cook until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add broth and cream. Heat to boil. Boil 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 2 qt. baker. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover, add almonds, bake 15 minutes.
