1 lb. Ground beef or turkey
2-10 oz. Cans of Frozen mixed vegetables
1-28 oz. Can of Tomato sauce
1-28 oz. Can of Diced tomatoes
1 lg. Onion, sliced
1/4 C. Brown sugar
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions:

1 tube Biscuits

Brown meat and onion -- drain. Add all else and bring to a boil. Put in ovenproof casserole dish and bake at 350o for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and top with biscuits. Increase oven to 425o and bake until biscuits are done.

May be done on top of stove omitting biscuits. Serve with cheese on table to sprinkle on top. May also be done in crock pot -- serve cheese at table for top.

Freezes great !
