1 can un-sweetened lite pears halves
9" butter flavored pie shell (or graham cracker)
1 c (½ pt) whipping cream
3 Tbsp granulated sugar (or splenda)
¼ tsp brandy (mini from abc store)
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put oven rack close as possible to bottom of oven. Preheat oven to 350. Mix together eggs, cream, sugar or splenda, and brandy. Place as many pear halves face down into pie crust. Cover with liquid mixture. Bake @ 350 x 40 minutes on the bottom rack. Cool before serving& keep cold till gone!
