Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white slightly, then add water and beat until frothy, but not stiff. Fold in pecan halves. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and add to pecans and mix well. Spread in a buttered 9" x 13" pan and bake at 250º for 1 hour.
