2 rounded T corn starch
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt, mix well then add 1/2 of milk, stir well, now yolks, stir well, add rest of milk.
Cook to boiling point, then add vanilla. Stir several times while cooking to make creamy.

for chocolate add 2 T cocoa
for butterscotch add 1 cup brown sugar instead of white sugar
