(1) 2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4T cocoa

(2) 1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil


1 tsp. soda
1 T vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs


ICING:
1/2 c. butter
8 T cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix (1) in a large bowl, set aside. In saucepan , bring to boil (2). Pour over dry ingredients. While that's mixing, add soda to buttermilk. Whisk quickly to foam up.Add to mix. Add beaten eggs. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake 400º 18 minutes.
Frosting
Bring to boil, butter, cocoa, buttermilk. Pour over powdered sugar, mix well, add vanilla. Pour over cooled brownies.
