2 T. olive oil
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. spinach, kale or leeks, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
3 red potatoes, diced
3 c. milk
3 c. canned clams with juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot over medium heat, saute the onions and celery in the oil.

Add the chicken broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat without boiling.
