4-5 pounds lamb riblets
4 medium onions, sliced thin
1 lemon, sliced thin

1 cup water
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the lamb riblets on both sides over moderate heat or in a 400 degree oven. Drain off the fat. Arrange the lamb riblets in an oven safe pan with a lid. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the sliced onions and lemon over the meat.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the lamb riblets. Cover tightly.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender. Spoon the sauce over the ribs two to three times during baking, adding a little water if necessary to keep sauce from sticking to pan. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes more.

Serve over cooked spaghetti.
